We are able to build up to 1000 tiny homes per year at an affordable price point that can be used to house the unhoused. Our organization has secured 160 square foot homes that are built to last up to 50 years while complying with California Building Standards Code and City of Fresno Building Codes. These homes will include all appliances, water, power, sewage, and hookup. The required underground trenching, asphalt repair, architect design, delivery and assembly have all been factored into the cost.
We plan to build 100+ units together to create communities where the unhoused can live. This community will be surrounded by wrap around services that will help the members of the community integrate back into society.
